-Charlie
This update is long overdue but here it is any ways. On May 29th our friend Dan took me to Johnstown and Latrobe to railfan. Our goal of the day was to see 765 come through with the Pennsy and Conrail heritage units on a deadhead to Conway. We saw lots of great things including a hirailer, a six unit consist, Amtrak, and more. Enjoy the pictures and videos! -Charlie This viaduct is a very interesting piece of history. Before it was reinforced with concrete this bridge stopped debris from the first and most famous Johnstown Flood. Now the upper portion of it is painted and lights were added so that every night people can enjoy a light show. This bridge will also be a focal point on the train layout.
