On October 19, 2014, we again had the pleasure of co-hosting with Bob Prehoda the monthly meeting of our NMRA, Mid-Central Region, Keystone Division 2 group. The meeting was held at the Norwin Library's Community Room, and our layouts were open before and after the meeting. ~ Andy

We recently acquired two of these transfer cabooses (cabeese?) made by Bluford Shops. The Conrail paint scheme was just released and is available in three different road numbers. The detail is excellent, including underside details, and they have Kadee couplers, metal wheels, and wire grab irons and cut levers. These will be nice additions to Pitcairn Yard and for local switching maneuvers. On Saturday November 8th, my dad and I were in the Pittsburgh area so we drove through the North Side in search of the Ringling Brothers Circus train which was parked in Island Avenue Yard for the weekend. We did find it as well as many other interesting trains. Enjoy! -Charlie
Today especially, let us remember and thank the many men and women who have sacrificed so much to give us the many freedoms we enjoy. Thank you for your service veterans!
