On June 24th, 2015 we received reports that the CSX Office Car Special (OCS) was heading up the CSX Mon Division toward McKeesport. It was estimated to arrive there at 9:30 PM. We knew that the light would be running out by then, but we had never seen the train before. Upon arriving in McKeesport around 9:10 PM, we searched for a spot to wait. We got out at one crossing and decided it wasn't good enough for a nice shot. We came upon the next crossing down the line and decided it wasn't great either. While we were crossing the tracks at about 9:15, my dad spotted a headlight a few hundred yards down the line. We sped off of the tracks, parked on the side of the road and just had enough time to pull out the camera and snap a few pictures of the train. Talk about good timing!

It's been a long time coming, but today I finally saw the last of the NS Heritage Locomotives that I had not seen. Charlie reached this milestone a year ago, but it took me a little longer. NS 1066 was clean and shiny when it rolled eastbound pulling an intermodal train. Now I suppose we'll have to start chasing the CSX units...
